As the Marketing Director for the Zach Zeldner Team, Chelsea brings over 5 years of experience leading high-impact real estate marketing campaigns and a proven track record of driving results for top agents.
After graduating in 2014 from the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder with a degree in Marketing, Chelsea launched her career at a tech startup in Boulder. She then honed her skills at a digital agency and in the finance industry before joining Compass Real Estate in 2019 as the first marketing hire for their Boulder office. Chelsea's passion for customer service, strategic mindset, and data-driven approach led to her rapid advancement within the company. She eventually became the Regional Marketing Manager, overseeing a team of five marketers and all marketing initiatives for Compass Colorado and its 1,000+ agents across the state.
Now as the Marketing Director for Zach's team, Chelsea applies her wealth of real estate expertise to ensure every client receives exceptional support and sees outstanding results.
Outside the office, you can often find Chelsea embracing the Colorado lifestyle with her fiancé, whether it's hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking or camping, or cuddling with her two cats and reading a book.
