Flanked to the south by Wonderland Lake Park and to the west by Foothills Community Park, North Boulder and the Wonderland Lake neighborhood offer convenient access to trails, walking paths, and numerous playgrounds. Wonderland Lake began as an upscale, luxury “suburb” in the early 1970’s, and development has since pushed north to the eco-conscious constructions of Dakota Ridge and the Holiday Neighborhood.
Here, you will discover a mix of larger homes, condominiums, and townhomes, along with excellent access to trails. Neighborhood amenities have expanded, with the Lucky’s Market shopping district offering all the essentials including Lucky’s Grocery, two excellent restaurants, Logan’s Coffee and the renowned Lucky’s Bakehouse. Many popular cycling routes begin in North Boulder and wind north into the foothills. Stop at Spruce Confections or Amante Coffee Shop on north Broadway to get your fuel before heading up nearby Leehill Drive or Lefthand Canyon.
